It’s been a while since I’ve updated now, at least with anything substantial.

Right now I am sitting by the very messy kitchen table at my parent’s place and testing out this mini-laptop. I realize that I might be a bit far behind when it comes to testing out new gadets that comes out on the electronic market, but heck. You got to be rich to afford what comes out anyway. I’ll be honest and say I don’t really grasp the whole “look at me, I got the worlds tiniest computer which I can’t even read anything on, or have no graps if I am actually typing any words on it at all”, to put it like that. Sure, it’s small and light. And you can carry it with you to the cafè, or on the train or at the bus. But whatever for? When I go to cafès I go there to have a cup of coffee and look at strange people walking around on the streets, or to actually talk to my friends. By all means, I do spend far too much time on the computer already. It’s like the mobile phones getting smaller and smaller and smaller, and if you put them in your pockets you’ve no idea if it’ll remain in your trousers or if it’ll magically walk off on it’s own legs out of there. My mobile is far too small, I can barely read what the text messages says when I get them.

Though this entry is starting to become far too whiny, which wasn’t my intention to begin with, so I say; let’s change the topic!

As I mentioned I’m at my parent’s place, I have to be here if I’m to have access to internet these days at all. I’ve just moved out from the apartment I was living in for the past year in to a new one. My landlord nervously told me I had to move because they needed the space them selves. It left me in a bit of panicky as I’m going away for a vacation tomorrow and since I’m dragging company with me home from the Netherlands this time, it would be nice to not live in a tent! I was lucky however, I found a new place rather quickly. Which of course means quite a lot more expensive. But I doubt there is any place in Norway at all where you can find a cheap place to live. So the past three weeks have been busy with living-space hunting, packing, moving, unpacking, cleaning and of course work. I have to admit though that the new place looks a lot bigger than my previous place, and it looks nicer. So I’m happy!

I mentioned I’m going away on a vacation, and indeed I am. I’m leaving for the netherlands tomorrow, and I have to admit I’m filled with butterflies and nervousness and excitement. It’s been affecting my sleep as of yet, so you can imagine that this trip might just very well be a bit more important than my usual trips. So give me thoughts of luck and achievement, and who knows, I might write about it once I get back.

But if I don’t, wish you all would be as equally happy and mystified and inlove with these hats as I am: Check it out!Especially the blue squid and the shark
